Dominique is a highly skilled leadership coach and neuroscience practitioner. She works with people to build up their resilience and mental strength by understanding how to affect the body’s chemicals that control reactions to stressful situations. That understanding is then fed back into coaching that improves people as managers and leaders in the workplace.
We engaged with Dominique from Reach New Heights to help us build out our management programme and more recently our Executive Leadership Team Development Programme. I have found Dominique to be reliable, her approach extremely considered and most importantly, her consultative and listening skills just what the team needed. Dominique is comfortable working with senior C-suite stakeholders and always strikes the right note with advice and things for us to think about, never in a demeaning or dictatorial way. Her goal is to help leadership teams and thereby businesses improve, and we have certainly seen that on our journey working with her. I can highly recommend her and truly say you will not be disappointed!
Dominique is a superb and passionate developer of people. As a coach Dominique brings an uncanny degree of personal insight, as well as high levels of emotional intelligence, to her clients. Very business focused, always looking to combine creativity and pragmatism in her learning interventions. Dominique brings a sense of fun and warmth, I’ve been fortunate enough to work with Dominique in two organisations, and would have no hesitation in recommending her
Dominique is a talented coach and facilitator. We’ve worked together on several projects, including leadership coaching and development. Most recently our face 2 face group leadership development work has had to go online. These sessions remained inclusive and engaging for all. The content was put together with great thought and consideration of our wider group and individual attendee needs. I also had the pleasure of hosting an internal video interview with Dominique to deep dive into the topic ‘Mental Toughness in Leadership’ which proved to be one of the most-watched videos in the series.
