Hello, I’m Dominique Stillman
When people are looking for someone to help with their personal development and leadership skills, they want someone with a wealth of experience and skills to draw on. I started out with franchises, as a nineteen year old entrepreneur. Being a business owner is filled with many thrills and challenges and after ten years my business partnership came to an end and my work life took a new direction.
I soon joined British Airways and a career that led to an operational manager role with a 30-strong team. During this time I was drawn to the skills needed to motivate and generate high performance. A new career route that focused on people development began and training and development roles ensued.
Working in several organisations and industries built the skills, expertise and qualifications to meet this professional change. Since then I have delivered leadership and personal skills development both nationally and internationally. I have coached to executive level and I have had responsibility for the strategy and roll-out of global leadership development.
My passion is to continue to play a part in creating managers and leaders that want to achieve results, support their team member’s progression whilst ensuring a healthy working environment. This was key to me starting my own consultancy. What I have noticed more and more is the stress and anxiety that is being expressed to me by clients. Industry updates have been reflecting this too. Exploring solutions to support my client’s needs led me to the area of neuroscience and how we can better manage our reactions and impulses to deal with the challenges of today’s workplace and life.
